Simplex Trading Board approves Bonus Issue

Simplex Trading & Agencies Ltd has informed the Indian stock market that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 18, 2008, has considered & resolved to make a Bonus Issue at a proportion of Four equity shares for every One equity shares held by the equity shareholders of the Company subject to shareholder's approval in Annual General Meeting of the Company.
