Exdon Trading Board approves Bonus Issue

Exdon Trading Company Ltd has informed the Indian stock market that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 18, 2008, has considered and resolved to make a Bonus Issue at a proportion of Two Equity Shares for every One Equity Shares held by the shareholders of the Company subject to shareholder's approval in Annual General Meeting of the Company.
