Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd has informed the stock market that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 08, 2008, has decided the following:
1. To recommend the dividend on equity shares @ 30%, Rs. 0.30 Per Share to Equity Share holders of the Company.
2. To recommend the bonus in the ratio of 1:1 to Equity Share holders of the Company.
