HEG Board approves Buy-back of equity shares

HEG Ltd has informed Indian stok market that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 19, 2008, has approved the Buy Back of the Fully Paid Equity Shares of the Company at a maximum price not exceeding Rs 350 per Equity Share for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 48.50 Crores, which is within 10% of the total paid up Share Capital and Free Reserves of the Company.
