Gujarat Apollo Board recommends Bonus Issue

Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd has informed Indian Stock Market that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 23, 2008, inter alia, has considered issue of bonus equity shares in the proportion of one equity share for every two equity shares held on the record date, to be decided in due course of time.
