Magnum Ventures Board approves Rights Issue

Magnum Ventures Ltd has informed Market that the right issue has been decided as 1:2 (i.e. one equity share of Rs 10 each for every two equity shares held by the shareholders on the Record date, to be fixed by the Board at a later date).
